Note: AI Engineer Circle is headquartered in Finland and provides services worldwide. By accessing our Services from outside Finland, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

To ensure clarity, whenever these terms are referenced, they have the specific meanings defined below:

AI Engineer Circle and its licensors own all rights to the Materials, which are protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.

License

AI Engineer Circle grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our Services. You may download or make personal copies of Materials explicitly marked “downloadable.” These copies are solely for personal use, and any further distribution, modification, or public display of such Materials is prohibited without our prior written authorization.

User Submissions

Any content you post, upload, or otherwise provide to AI Engineer Circle through the Services is considered a “User Submission.” By providing User Submissions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve our Services. You represent and warrant that your User Submissions comply with applicable laws and do not violate any third-party rights.

User Conduct Policy

By using our Services, you agree to:

1. Not share your login credentials with others.
2. Not engage in activities that violate intellectual property rights, such as unauthorized sharing or copying of Materials.

Subscription, Payment, and Billing

We may offer free trials for new users. After the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Payment Processing: We use Stripe (or another chosen payment processor) to handle subscription fees. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your account settings.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription begins, except in cases of significant, verified billing errors or as required by law.

Refunds and Free Trials

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You may request a refund within 14 days after the first official charge if you are unsatisfied.

• Billing: Fees are automatically charged at the start of each subscription cycle.
• 14-Day Satisfaction Refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial paid period, we will process a refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to GDPR compliance and safeguarding your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Features

We may offer AI-powered features to enhance user experience. By using these features, you consent to the limited processing of your data necessary for their operation. AI Features are provided “as is,” and their accuracy may vary. You assume all risks for their use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or disclose the Services or any Materials.
2. Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Materials.
3. Use robots or other automated tools to access or extract information from the Services.
4. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of your subscription period unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Engineer Circle and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the Services.
2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
3. Third-party conduct or content on the Services.
4. Any content obtained from the Services.
5. Errors or omissions in the operation of the Services.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to access the Services in the preceding 12 months.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
